Sludge Mate®

Sludge Mate® Container Filters from Flo Trend® Systems Inc. can dewater a variety of sludge and waste such as alum, ferric, lagoon, and digested sludge, septic tank, grease-trap, and slaughter house waste, waste-water residual, sump bottoms, and more. Sludge Mate’s® closed system design provides total odor control, no spillage, reduced maintenance, and weather independence. It has 10 gauge reinforced walls and a 7 gauge carbon steel floor. Available designs feature peaked roofs with gasketed bolted-down access hatches, drainage ports, inlet manifolds, floor filters, and side-to-side rolling tarps. The Sludge Mate® produces cake that passes the paint-filter test, and transports straight to landfills for dumping. It dewaters onsite and is available in three styles: Roll-Off, Trailer Mounted, and Tipping Stand Mounted. Sludge Mates® range in size from 5 cu. yd. to 40 cu. yd.
