Signal Isloators
API signal conditioners offer DC signal isolation in DIN or plug-in packages. Models are available as either custom configured or field rangeable to accept any DC voltage or current signal inputs. The optically isolated output can be configured for standard or custom DC voltage or current signals. This makes them ideal for applications where process signals need to be converted, isolated and/or rescaled. Any I/O sink and source combinations can be accommodated. Applications include interfacing sensors and solving ground loop problems with with recorders, data acquisition systems, PLCs, DCS systems or SCADA systems. Exclusive features include full 3 way optical isolation, I/O LoopTracker® LEDs, and a functional test button that allows you to test the output independent of the input signal.
