Like every ENPRESS™ vessel, they’re made with our industry exclusive co-polymer polypropylene liner formulation that provides superior performance in any environment, along with superior impact resistance, and chemical resistance in high purity water applications like SDI. Our computer controlled cut-lengths lets us achieve the most consistent vessel height in the industry - consistent within 3/16”. Plus, our DI Exchange Poly Bases save up to 16 pounds per vessel compared to the competition, provide full support, roll easier and they won’t come off. From top to bottom, nobody tops our DI Exchange Vessels. ENPRESS tank inlets accept all 2.5" NPSM. 4" UN, and 4.5" buttress threaded inlets and heads in the industry. All tanks are backed by an exclusive 5-year limited warranty for non-permanent DI applications. Our DI Exchange bases utilize an industry exclusive high impact molded construction that allows for superior abuse and impact resistance, and simple to roll design. Our polybases have an integrated roll rib design that eliminates the concerns of rolling and the soft durometer of a rubber style base.
