Preskidded (Packaged) Scrubber Systems
Frequently client requirement call for equipment that is shop preassembled so that installation
time and cost can be minimized. Preskidding/preassembly requirements can vary from project to project but in the limit this is what can be supplied:
- The Scrubbing Equipment itself.
- Recycle Pump and associated piping.
- Heat exchanger/s if required.
- System blower/fan
- Ductwork to and from fan.
- Instrumentation which for scrubbers can include monitoring or control of: Level (water inventory), Differential Pressure for Venturi’s, pH control if acids are in gas, Conductivity control to minimize solution blowdown, ORP control if odor scrubbing is required, and Coolant control if heat exchangers are used.
- Electrical wiring from instruments and control valves to control panel.
- Control panel with system PLC.
- Motor Controls.
